The moth is a leafroller and seems to have settled in being here for so many years and natural predators must be eating it.  So, let&#039;s have the LBAM removed from the evasive species list!   Then the over $25 million++ can be used to study and help the environment and people&#039;s health affect from the spray and capsules.]]></description>
